Terms & Conditions
All books are the property of The Readers' Web™ and 26x7®.
No fines are due upto three months from date of delivery, beyond which 1% of the cost of each book held by the member is payable to The Readers' Web™ per day.
Deliveries will not be carried out on public holidays and Sudays.
In the event of discontinuation of membership, no amount will be returned to the member except the caution deposit of Rs. 250/- provided all books are returned undamaged to The Readers' Web™ and all fines, liabilities and dues have been paid in full.
In the event of loss of the book(s), members are required to pay The Readers' Web™ the 150% of the cost of the book to be replaced.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Readers' Web™ and its proprietor, directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives from and against all claims, liability and expenses, including all legal fees and costs arising from or relating to (a) your breach of these Terms of Use; and (b) your use of this website and associated services including transmission or placement of information or material by you on this website. This provision shall survive the termination of your right to use this website and/or your status as a The Readers' Web™ subscriber.
Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information and your password. If you reveal your password or share your account with anyone, you take full responsibility for his/her actions.
Cooperation with Authorities and Courts
The Readers' Web™ which is a subsidiary of 26x7® will cooperate with legal authorities and private parties investigating claims of illegal activity. This may include identification of you and other data relating to the use of the website. If such information is requested, you hereby authorize The Readers' Web™ to release any and all information, provided that it uses reasonable efforts to identify and provide you with notice of such request (if permitted by law).
International Use
Accessing materials, contents and services available on the website from territories where such materials, contents and services are illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the website from such locations, you do so at your own risk, on your own initiative and shall be solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Right To Terminate
The Readers' Web™ and 26x7® reserves the right to terminate or restrict your use of its website or any services it provides, without notice, for any reason, or no reason whatsoever. However, this does not mean that The Readers' Web™ has undertaken an obligation to supervise or police your activity on its website.

Damaged Books
If a book is returned to The Readers' Web™ damaged as a result of subscriber misuse, The Readers' Web™ will charge you the cost of each damaged book. However, if The Readers' Web™ determines that a book was damaged during transit, The Readers' Web™ will not charge you for the damaged book. However, you should note that a subscriber is allowed only one no-fault missing/damaged book shipment during the course of his or her membership. Any further instances of claimed missing or damaged book shipments will be charged to the subscriber.
